At the time of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro, David Pakman, political commentator and host of the online radio program The David Pakman Show, addressed the shabby, unsporting treatment shown to Israeli Olympians by some Arab athletes. He might just as well have been speaking about the recent Olympics in Tokyo.
Quote: “David: I’d like to know why there have been no reports in the mainstream media — or even on online news sources such as TYT, Thom Hartmann, secular talk, or yourself — concerning the incidents of anti-Semitic/anti-Israeli behavior at the Olympics, such as a Lebanese team trainer refusing to allow the Israeli team on the bus, or the Egyptian judoka refusing so shake his Israeli opponent’s hand after the match. The world seems to watch everything Israel does with a microscope but turns a blind eye to whenever the slights are against Israel. — Alan”
